To access certain features of Multi Miner, you may be required to create an account using a valid email address or supported authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated at all times.
Multi Miner provides a digital mining simulation and reward system within the app. Mining rewards, balances, and earning rates are determined based on platform activity, engagement, and system rules. Mining sessions may be limited by time, energy, or daily usage caps. We reserve the right to adjust mining rates, reward structures, earning limits, and platform mechanics at any time without prior notice to maintain system stability and fairness.
Withdrawal requests are subject to minimum balance requirements, verification checks, processing fees, and network conditions. Users are responsible for entering correct wallet addresses and selecting supported blockchain networks. Once a transaction has been submitted and confirmed, it cannot be reversed or cancelled. Multi Miner is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect wallet information, unsupported wallets, or blockchain-related delays.
Multi Miner may offer optional premium subscriptions or paid features designed to enhance the user experience, increase mining efficiency, or unlock additional functionality. Subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective platform and applicable laws.
Multi Miner may display banner ads, interstitial ads, native ads, and rewarded advertisements within the app. Certain in-app rewards or bonuses may require viewing advertisements. You agree not to interfere with or bypass the advertising system using ad blockers, automation tools, or modified applications. Any attempt to manipulate ad interactions or reward systems may result in suspension or termination of your account.
You agree not to: (a) use bots, scripts, emulators, or automated tools to gain unfair rewards; (b) create multiple accounts for abusive purposes; (c) exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or security flaws; (d) reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app; (e) use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activities; or (f) disrupt the operation or integrity of the Multi Miner platform. Violations may result in permanent suspension, loss of rewards, and legal action where applicable.
All content, branding, logos, graphics, designs, software, and features available within Multi Miner are the exclusive property of Multi Miner and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission from Multi Miner.
Multi Miner is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free functionality, or continuous availability. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile, and digital asset values may fluctuate significantly. Multi Miner shall not be held liable for financial losses, market changes, transaction delays, or damages resulting from your use of the platform.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Multi Miner, its affiliates, employees, partners, and service providers from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, or legal fees arising from your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion for violations of these Terms and Conditions, suspicious activity, abuse of the reward system, fraudulent behaviour, or prolonged inactivity. Upon termination, your right to access and use the app will immediately cease, and any pending rewards or balances may be forfeited where permitted by law.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Any disputes arising from or related to the use of Multi Miner shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts. If any provision of these terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
